Deon Blandon, of the 11300 block of South Normal Avenue, was charged with first degree murder Thursday afternoon.
He's accused of killing Taylor Fitting, who was pronounced dead before midnight Monday after getting shot about 9:25 p.m. about a block from where Blandon lives.
