19-year-old man shot in South Chicago

At about 1:20 a.m., a 19-year-old man was shot in a building hallway in the 2700 block of East 80th Street in the South Chicago neighborhood.
Early reports suggested four assailants followed the 19-year-old into the building from the street and that one of them opened fire. The 19-year-old was struck in the back and the buttocks and taken to Stroger, where he was listed in guarded condition
