Chicago police discovered a Peoria man shot dead on a South Side street this
morning.
Officers responding to a shots fired call found the victim lying on a
sidewalk in the first block of East 56th Street in the Washington Park
neighborhood just before 3:30 a.m..
The man, Terrell Joshua, 28, suffered gunshot wounds to his body
and wasn't responding to police.
Joshua, of the 2300 block of North Flora Avenue in Peoria, was taken to John
H. Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead
