24-year-old man in Englewood

In the Englewood neighborhood, two gunmen walked up to a 24-year-old man in the 5600 block of South Bishop Street around 10:30 p.m. and opened fire, hitting him twice in the lower back.
The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition had stabilized.
