21-year-old man shot in South Chicago and 1 million dollars of taxpayer's money isn't enough for CeaseFire to snitch

About 10 p.m. a 21-year-old man was shot in the 8700 block of South Saginaw Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood. He was shot in the back and grazed in the head and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center. Police said he was sitting on a porch he was shot. The mansaid a large group gathered in the street and someone on the corner opened fire a short time later, hitting him.
