21-year-old man shot in South Chicago

A 21-year-old man was wounded in the face and arm in a drive-by shooting in the 8500 block of South Escanaba Avenue at about 11:10 p.m. Tuesday.The victim was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized.
