16-year-old boy shot in Garfield Park

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the face in the 600 block of North Sawyer Avenue in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side at about 2:50 a.m. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in "stable" condition.
