1 shot 1 shot dead in Garfield Park and 1 million dollars of taxpayer's money isn't enough for CeaseFire to snitch

At about 6:20 p.m. Friday two people were shot in the 500 block of South Kilpatrick Avenue in the West Garfield Park neighborhood. One person, whose age was unavailable, was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and the other, 22, was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The dead man, Richard Johnson, lived in the 1600 block of Plum Street in Aurora. He was pronounced dead just after 7 p.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital.
