Man injured in Rogers Park shooting

A young man survived a gunshot wound to the neck this evening in a shooting on the city's Far North Side.
The victim, 21, was wounded just before 7:40 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Chase Street in the Rogers Park neighborhood.
