19-year-old man shot in Avalon Park

At about the 10.30 p.m., a 19-year-old man sitting on the front porch of a townhouse in the 1100 block of East 81st Street in the Avalaon Park neighborhood was wounded by a gunman who got out of a passing vehicle and opened fire.
The victim, who was was struck in both arms and his left side, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition
