24-year-old man was shot in Washington Park neighborhood

Earlier Saturday afternoon, a 24-year-old man was shot in his upper back on the South Side in the Washington Park neighborhood.
 Preliminary reports said the shooting happened about 2:47 p.m. on the 5100 block of South Prairie Avenue.
