37 black youths arrested at South Side park

At least 37 juveniles were arrested Friday night for disorderly conduct at a South Side park in the city's Avalon Park neighborhood.
Police were alerted to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. at Avalon Park located in the 1200 block of East 83rd Street.
