More shot, more shot dead 23 year old shot DEAD

8:52 a.m. near 30th Street and Karlov Avenue, a 23-year-old man got into an argument with the driver of a van, who drew a gun and shot him, police said. The victim was then run over by another van, and both vehicles fled the scene.
No one was in custody in the incident; the medical examiner's office declined to release the victim's identity pending notification of relatives
