45 year old shot in Grand Crossing

A 45-year-old man was shot about 1:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 7500 block of South Ingleside Avenue.
Two people approached the man from behind and opened fire, fleeing on foot.
The man was shot in the leg and ran a block east to the corner of East 76th Street and South Ellis Avenue. He was taken to Jackson Park Hospital, where his condition was stabilized
