Boy 13 shot in Garfield Park

A 13-year-old boy was shot in the arm while on a West Side porch tonight.
The boy was on a porch in the 700 block of North Springfield Avenue when someone shot him, wounding him in the arm, about 7:25 p.m..
The child was taken to Norwegian-American Hospital in good condition
