23-year-old man shot in neck on West Side

A 23-year-old man drove himself to the hospital after getting shot in the neck near Harrison and Cicero avenues Saturday night.
He was in the 600 block of South Cicero Avenue when someone opened fire about 7:35 p.m..
The man drove himself from the West Garfield Park neighborhood to West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park where his condition has stabilized
