20-year-old man shot in West Town

In the West Town neighborhood, a 20-year-old man was shot in the back at about 9:40 p.m. while driving a van on the 100 block of North Seeley Avenue.
He left the vehicle and managed to flee on foot to the 100 block of North Hoyne Avenue.
He was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he was listed in critical condition.
