54-year-old man sgot in Gage Park


A 54-year-old man was shot about 6:55 a.m. in the 5600 block of South Western Avenue.Police said an armed assailant approached the man and opened fire, fleeing on foot. The man suffered a gunshot wound to the groin and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition had stabilized.
