A 48-year-old cab driver died Monday evening after being shot last week during a
robbery in the South Side's Princeton Park neighborhood.
Shortly before 5:45 p.m. on March 14, the man picked up two passengers in the
8500 block of South Parnell Avenue.
The two male passengers announced a robbery, and shots rang out soon after
near the intersection of West 91st Street and South Lafayette Avenue.
The two robbers fled the cab with the driver's cell phone, leaving the man
bleeding from a gunshot wound to the back and a graze wound to the head
