Body recovered from Chicago River near Foster

The body of a 40-year-old woman was recovered this morning from the Chicago River near Foster Avenue.
The body was spotted around 8 a.m. in the 5300 block of North Riversedge Terrace in the North Park community area on the Far Northwest Side.
The woman has not been identified and police were conducting a death investigation.
