A 73-year-old man has been charged with murder after fatally shooting his son
during a fight earlier this month at their Northwest Side home.
Tiny Tim Gilbert, of the 4900 block of North Whipple Street in the Albany
Park neighorhood, was charged with murder.
Authorities are expected to bring Gilbert's case in court Wednesday. Gilbert
is hospitalized.
Bryan Lopez, 24, of the Whipple Street address, was fatally shot about 10:50
a.m. Nov. 15 by his father during a physical altercation
