Shortly after 1 p.m., a man was shot in the city's Back of the Yards
neighborhood.
That shooting happened on the 4900 block of South Seeley Avenue. Neighbors heard numerous rounds of gunfire and saw a man collapse
in the street.
The man, whose age was not immediately available, suffered several wounds and
was taken in serious-to-critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital
