24-year-old man shot in Rogers Park

In a drive-by shooting, a 24-year-old man was shot at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday on the 7400 block of North Seeley Avenue.
The man sustained a graze wound to the thigh and a gunshot wound to the groin. He was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, where his condition was stabilized.

    After further looking into this one, this guy really shot himself and lied about the drive-by.
