Someone shot a 41-year-old man this afternoon on the South Side.
The man was shot in the back about 2:45 p.m. in the 8300 block of South Burnham Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood.
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where his condition had stabilized
