Teen dies days after cops say he was shot during home invasion

A  16-year-old boy died today, four days after he was accidentally shot during a home invasion authorities say he was involved in.
Douglas Bufford, 16, of the 7200 block of South East End Avenue, was declared dead atJohn H. Stroger Hospitalat 1:55 p.m. today.
Two people have been charged with breaking into a home on the South Side where the boy was shot. Jermalle Brown, 19, of the 7100 block of South East End Avenue was charged with committing a home invasion on the 1400 block of East 73rd Street in the Grand Crossing neighborhood at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.
In addition to Brown, a 16-year-old was also charged but his name was not available.
Earlier, police said between four or five males forced their way into the home and announced a robbery.
One of the group accidentally shot a fellow attacker, 16, in the back of the head.
The homeowner wasn't injured, according to authorities.
Brown appeared in bond court Saturday, and was being held in lieu of $250,000 in connection with the home invasion, according to jail records. There was no immediate word on whether anyone would be charged in Bufford's death.

    It's reality, you don't do a home invasion on the general public. you pick your prey, why risk 15 to life on a armed home invasion if all you end up with is a block of welfare cheese and a fistful of food stamps. The scum know where the other scum are holding, these are not random, your go where the Dead Presidents are, one of these days, they might not all be white.....but not in our future........HOMEY
