A 59-year-old man believed to be homeless was beaten to death in the Logan Square neighborhood Saturday night.
Two men or boys jumped out of a car, beat him and then fled, police. It's not clear why.
The attack happened about 10:50 p.m. in the 1900 block of North Ridgeway Avenue. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead there
