25 year old man shot in Pilsen

In the Pilsen neighborhood, a man, age 25, was shot in the leg in the 1800 block of South Carpenter Street. Instead of calling 911, the man went to the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center emergency room, where his condition had stabilized. He had been shot about 6:40 p.m. and showed up at the hospital after 7 p.m

    Oh...sounds like it might be a GD shot...didnt wanna pay taxes or stop slanging them rocks and blows on 18th. They need to keep that garbage in Inglewood...gotta keep heroine, pcp, and rocks out of all our hoods. I guess this was a preventive measure.

    I use to gang bang...and i lost so much in my life...friends,education,oppurtunity to become somebody successful,my record\backround is shot,i cant find a job...im just lucky enough to be alive and free to talk about this...what a disapointment to my family!!....WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!!!!
